- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugars, eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
