Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 340 g spaghetti
Meat Sauce
  • 454 g ground beef
  • 1 g small onion, chopped
  • 2 g cloves garlic, minced
  • 710 ml marinara or spaghetti sauce
Cheese Mixture
  • 227 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
Topping
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Other
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 g Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the cheese mixture until coated.
  7. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in a baking dish. Add the spaghetti mixture, then top with remaining meat sauce.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat sauce. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
