Ingredients

Potatoes
  • 680 g baby potatoes (or small Yukon gold potatoes)
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 10 g Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. If using larger potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.
  6. Check for doneness; the potatoes should be fork-tender and crispy on the outside. Cook for an additional 2-5 minutes if necessary.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning, then pat them dry before adding oil and spices.
