  • 240 ml boiling water
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 g fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method

  1. Rehydrate the dried porcini mushrooms by placing them in a bowl and covering with 1 cup of boiling water. Let them soak for 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the rehydrated mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, consider adding a splash of balsamic vinegar to the mushrooms before air frying. Serve as a delightful appetizer or pair with your favorite main dish.
