- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should have approximately 16 meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the meatballs and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

These meatballs are great served with a side of tzatziki or a fresh salad. The air fryer ensures they are cooked evenly and remain juicy. For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
