Method
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden on both sides and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, honey, paprika, and parsley. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Top with cheese and caramelized onions if desired.
Notes
This dish pairs well with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables to soak up the delicious sauce.
