- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to coat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas. Layer with chicken, lettuce, and your choice of vegetables. Roll tightly and serve.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute chicken with grilled tofu and use maple syrup instead of honey. Pair the wrap with a side of fresh fruit for a complete meal.
