Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
Chicken
  • 2 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 g garlic cloves, minced
Other
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 g Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir well to coat.
  4. If adding broccoli, steam or add it to the skillet with the sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
