- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir well to coat.
- If adding broccoli, steam or add it to the skillet with the sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
