- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk until just combined, then gently fold in blueberries.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits before serving.
