Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (e.g., gochujang or sambal oelek)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 g garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml Water (to adjust consistency) use as needed
For the Noodles
  • 2 pack instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
For Garnish
  • 2 g green onions, sliced
  • 5 g Optional: Sesame seeds or additional chili flakes

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until caramelized and fully cooked. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add water to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
  5. Place the seasoned noodles in a bowl. Add the caramelized chicken on top and drizzle with the creamy chili sauce.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or additional chili flakes for extra heat.

Notes

Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of chili paste. This dish pairs well with a refreshing green salad.
