- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until caramelized and fully cooked. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Add water to thin the sauce to your desired consistency.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
- Place the seasoned noodles in a bowl. Add the caramelized chicken on top and drizzle with the creamy chili sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or additional chili flakes for extra heat.
