Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, egg mixture, and crushed pretzels in separate bowls.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the crushed pretzels.
  5. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat milk, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add cheddar cheese until smooth.
  7. Remove the sauce from heat once smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
