Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple, including juice.
- Mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into an ungreased Bundt pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool the cake upside down in the pan for about an hour.
- Once cooled, remove from the pan and top with whipped topping.
Notes
This cake is best served chilled. Try adding some fresh pineapple slices as a garnish for an extra tropical touch.
