Cake
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 box butter or vanilla cake mix
  • 120 ml melted butter
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon optional but recommended

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the peach pie filling in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Distribute the cubed cream cheese evenly over the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top, covering the cream cheese and peaches.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve this cake warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. You can substitute the peach pie filling with any other fruit filling you prefer.
