Coating

  • 50 g panko breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs add extra crunch.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for a more robust flavor.
Sauce
  • 240 ml light or heavy cream Heavy cream will result in a richer sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Use extra virgin olive oil for sautéing.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
