- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the orange cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, orange juice, and orange zest until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes, then use a fork to poke holes all over the cake.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the glaze evenly over the cake.
- Let the cake cool completely, allowing the glaze to set before serving.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream when serving. The cake is delicious either chilled or at room temperature.
