Pie Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3.3 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
Pie Crust
  • 6 oz graham cracker pie crust

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and instant vanilla pudding, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the caramel sauce and Cool Whip gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving. You can also add chopped nuts for a bit of crunch.
