Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 227 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet instant banana pudding
  • 360 ml cold milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping
Crust and Toppings
  • 1 piece Graham cracker crust
  • 2 pieces bananas sliced
  • 1 handful Vanilla wafers for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Top with sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

This pie is best served chilled. You can also add a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra flavor.
