Filling
  • 227 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pack instant banana pudding
  • 360 ml cold milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping
Base
  • 1 piece Graham cracker crust
Topping
  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced
  • 1 handful Vanilla wafers on top Add just before serving for a crunchy texture.

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix instant banana pudding with cold milk until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  4. Layer sliced bananas in the graham cracker crust.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
  6. Add vanilla wafers on top just before serving.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Notes

For best results, chill the pie overnight to ensure a firm set. Consider adding a drizzle of caramel on top for extra flavor.
