  • 227 g cream cheese (softened)
  • 240 g sour cream
  • 94 g instant vanilla pudding
  • 240 ml apple pie filling (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 480 ml Cool Whip
Crust
  • 170 g graham cracker pie crust

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and instant vanilla pudding, and mix well.
  3. Fold in the apple pie filling and cinnamon.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill the pie well before serving to ensure it sets properly. You can top it with additional apple slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.
