Ingredients
  

Punch Ingredients
  • 750 ml Prosecco (or Champagne) chilled
  • 2000 ml seltzer chilled
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups tequila
  • 1 cup triple sec
  • 125 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, add the seltzer and Prosecco.
  2. To a blender, add the frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into the pitcher. Top with fresh limes and strawberries. Stir to combine.
  3. Rim your glasses with a slice of lime and then dip them into salt. Add ice to your glasses, and fill them with the punch. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh strawberry.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, consider adding a splash of grenadine for color. Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of sugar.
