- Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli pieces to the pan and sauté until tender.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the broccoli mixture. Add parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For a complete meal, serve with a side salad. You can also add grilled chicken for extra protein.
