- In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the grilled chicken among bowls. Drizzle generously with the Creamy Lemon Sauce.
Notes
You can use any type of chicken you like for this recipe. For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Creamy Lemon Sauce. Serve the bowls with your favorite side dishes, such as rice, quinoa, or a green salad.
