- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the blueberry pie filling in an even layer at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the lemon zest over the blueberry pie filling.
- Distribute the cubed cream cheese evenly over the blueberry mixture.
- Evenly spread the lemon cake mix over the top of the other ingredients.
