  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 ounces each
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 80 ml honey
  • 45 ml lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 g Lime slices for garnish
  • 1 g Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey-lime garlic mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with lime slices and fresh cilantro or parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal. For a spicier kick, add a dash of red pepper flakes to the honey-lime mixture.
