- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers, mixing well until a thick dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the peanut butter mixture into small rectangular bars and place them on the sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter bar into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing it back on the parchment paper.
- Drizzle extra melted chocolate over the bars for decoration.
- Refrigerate the bars for about 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!
Notes
Feel free to use milk chocolate or white chocolate as a coating for a different flavor. These bars are perfect for gifting or as a homemade treat.
