  • 12 oz penne pasta
Chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
  • g Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta and coat with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

This dish is versatile and can be enhanced by adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms. You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
