  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Top with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Optionally, garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme before serving.
