- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with melted butter.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coating.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
