Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder adds flavor
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley for garnish
Sandwich
  • 4 slices sandwich bread any preferred type
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend for melting

Method
 

  1. Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl to make the garlic butter.
  2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
  5. Divide the cheese evenly between the two slices in the skillet.
  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Experiment with different cheese blends to find your perfect flavor combination.
