- Mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl to make the garlic butter.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
- Divide the cheese evenly between the two slices in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Experiment with different cheese blends to find your perfect flavor combination.
