  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar for sweetness
  • 0.25 cups all-purpose flour for thickening
  • 0.25 tsp salt to enhance flavor
  • 1 cup whole milk for a creamy texture
  • 2 pieces large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract for flavor
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg or cinnamon optional, for topping
