Ingredients

Pie
  • 1 piece pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 4-5 drops gel food coloring pastel shades: pink, blue, yellow, purple
  • 100 g Whipped cream for topping
  • 50 g Sprinkles for topping

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping.
  2. Color the mixture: Divide the filling into 4-5 small bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each, stirring gently.
  3. Swirl the colors: Spoon dollops of each colored mixture into the graham cracker crust. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Use a light hand when swirling to keep the colors vibrant and distinct. For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the filling.
