Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
Cinnamon Sugar
  • 100 g granulated sugar mix with cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon mix with sugar
Butter
  • 60 ml unsalted butter melted
Icing
  • 125 g powdered sugar for icing
  • 2–3 tbsp milk adjust for desired consistency
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract for flavoring icing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
  3. Roll out the thawed bread dough and brush it with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While the bread is cooling, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the icing over the warm bread before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, serve warm with extra butter or pair with a cup of coffee or tea.
