  • 1 g onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 120 ml beef broth
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Cooked egg noodles for serving

Method
 

  1. Place beef stew meat, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
