Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches
  • 900 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
  • 225 g cream cheese softened
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled, optional
  • 6 pieces sandwich buns
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, sliced cheese

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cream cheese and broth until well combined.
  6. Serve the chicken mixture on sandwich buns. Top with bacon crumbles and optional toppings if desired.
