- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the salmon cubes in the flour mixture.
- Dip the coated salmon pieces in beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until well combined.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites with the bang bang sauce on the side.
Notes
These salmon bites are great as an appetizer or served over rice for a full meal. For a milder sauce, reduce the sriracha.
