Ingredients
  

Pasta Shells
  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells Cook according to package instructions
Seafood Filling
  • 8 ounces Lobster Meat Use fresh if possible
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat Opt for fresh
  • 8 ounces Shrimp Peel and devein before using
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Can swap for light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded
Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted is preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Flour Can use gluten-free
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half if desired
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the lobster, crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly add the heavy cream while stirring, then add the Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  7. Pour the sauce over the stuffed shells in the baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
