- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, pepperoncini juice, and sliced pepperoncini peppers. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
