Chicken
  • 2 g chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Pasta
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 120 ml BBQ sauce
  • 120 ml ranch dressing
Others
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 g Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and stir until heated through.
  5. Gradually mix in the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

This dish can be made with any type of pasta you have on hand. For added spice, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
