  • 454 g ground beef
  • 1 g small onion, diced
  • 2 g cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ml can cream of mushroom soup
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 180 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Add the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
