Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the fish and vegetables, then add roasted garlic paste, Tuscan seasoning, and garlic pepper seasoning.
- Drizzle lightly with lemon-flavored olive oil.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the spinach is wilted.
- While the salmon cooks, boil the pasta according to package directions. Reserve about ¼ cup of the pasta water before draining.
- Transfer the air-fried salmon, spinach, and tomatoes into a large bowl or skillet. Flake the salmon gently into chunks.
- Add the hot pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the mixture.
- Sprinkle a bit more Tuscan seasoning if desired and toss until the sauce becomes creamy and coats the noodles evenly.
- Plate the creamy salmon pasta and enjoy it warm. It’s rich, flavorful, and packed with silky, garlicky goodness — perfect for lunch or dinner.
Notes
If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of reserved pasta water used. Feel free to add more vegetables or herbs to customize the dish to your taste.
