  • 120 ml Queso dip Mild or spicy, it brings a delightful creamy texture and flavor kick.
  • 15 g Fresh cilantro, chopped It brightens the filling with a refreshing herbal note.
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder For a subtle yet savory depth of flavor.
  • 0.25 tsp Smoked paprika Adds a lovely smoky warmth to your mix.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Fill each tortilla with the mixture, roll them up, and secure if necessary. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the rolls until golden brown on all sides.

These rolls make a great appetizer or snack. Pair them with a fresh salad or dipping sauce for extra flavor.
