Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat shredded
  • 1 tbsp green onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Assembly
  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 500 ml Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with beaten egg, fold, and seal tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides.

Notes

These Crab Rangoon Bombs are best served hot with a side of sweet chili sauce for dipping.
