  • 1 cup Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese Mozzarella has a milder taste; Swiss adds nuttiness
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions Essential for topping; can’t be substituted easily
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, and seasonings.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
