  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 227 g sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 57 g butter half stick
  • to taste g cheddar cheese the limit does not exist

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top generously with cheddar cheese.
