Cheesecake Dip
  • 226 g cream cheese softened
  • 60 g unsalted butter softened
  • 60 g confectioners’ sugar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 180 g mini chocolate chips more to garnish the top
  • 1 pack vanilla wafer cookies to serve
  • 1 pack graham crackers to serve
  • 1 pack apple slices to serve

Method
 

  1. In a bowl add the cream cheese and unsalted butter. Beat with a mixer on medium-high until light and creamy: about 3 minutes.
  2. Add in the confectioners’ sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Beat to combine.
  3. Add in the mini chocolate chips and stir with a spatula to evenly combine.

Serve the dip with a variety of dippers like vanilla wafer cookies, graham crackers, and apple slices for a delightful treat.
