- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top with the sliced chicken and drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
