Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 454 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 28 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top with the sliced chicken and drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with a green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
