- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, bell pepper, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add the filling on one half, and fold the tortilla over. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Notes
These quesadillas are great served with salsa or guacamole. Adjust the filling quantities to taste.
