- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small oval patties. Preheat the grill and brush it with olive oil. Grill the kofta for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix plain yogurt with lemon juice in a bowl. Serve the kofta warm with the sauce on the side.

Serve with warm pita bread or rice for a complete meal. Adjust spices to taste if desired.
