- Prepare the chicken cutlets by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Panko.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- For the garlic butter, mix melted butter, mayo, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- For the Caesar dressing, combine mayo, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the hoagies or baguette and spread garlic butter on the inside. Toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble the sandwiches with chicken cutlets, romaine lettuce, and a generous amount of Caesar dressing.
