  • 450 g ground beef
  • 1 g onion, diced Medium-sized
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup About 300g
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked pasta Penne or fusilli work well
  • 240 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix until combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
